Institution introduction
The University of Potsdam was founded in 1991 and is located in the historic city of Potsdam. It is adjacent to the famous German palace Sansusici. It is the youngest and most beautiful university in Germany. It has successfully developed into a comprehensive world-famous university. 2009 In October, the University of Potsdam stood out from ten German universities and was awarded "Excellence in Teaching (German: Exzellenz in der Lehre)" by the German Science Foundation Sponsors’ Federation (Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft) and the Permanent Conference of German Culture Ministers (Kultusministerkonferenz) Honors currently has 20,000 students studying here. New Palace Comprehensive Campus I: It is the core campus of the university, adjacent to the Sanssouci Park in Potsdam. The school's largest ladder classroom (Audimax) is located in this campus. The symbolic building of the New Palace, "Paternity Palace (French: communs)", is now home to several colleges under the School of Philosophy. This is an 18th-century Baroque building with outdoor steps, stone pillar cloisters, circular domes, and magnificent decorations. It used to be a place for guests and accommodation in the New Palace, and is now the principal and management institution. In addition, the Department of Physical Education, Department of Sports Medicine and Department of Mathematics are also on the Xingong campus.

Golm Comprehensive Campus II: Most majors in the School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and the School of Anthropology are located on this campus. They have very modern and innovative architecture and are one of the largest science parks in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Three Max Planck Institute Institutes and two Fraunhofer Institute Institutes are also located on this campus. The business incubator "GO:IN" is also here.
Gribnitz Lake (German: Griebnitzsee) Babesburg Comprehensive Campus III: Close to the junction of Berlin’s Potsdam and close to the historic Babesburg Film and Television Base. The School of Law, School of Economics, and School of Social Sciences are all located on this campus. The nearby private affiliated research institute (German: An-Institut)-Hassau Plattner Software Research Institute (German: Hasso-Plattner-Institut), HPI) has close cooperation with the college.
City Introduction
Potsdam is the capital of the German state of Brandenburg, located in the southwestern suburb of Berlin, only half an hour away from Berlin by high-speed railway. Located on the Havel River, with a population of 140,000, it was the site of the famous Potsdam Conference at the end of World War II. Potsdam is surrounded by the Elbe, Havel, and numerous lakes and forests. Fountains, boulevards, and benches are in the nearby park. Palaces and ruins are at the end of the line of sight.
Law School:
The law school curriculum includes all the basic and compulsory subjects required to become a full judge (German: Volljurist), as well as civil law, criminal law and public law.
A national characteristic major of the Faculty of Law is the “German-French Law Major” established in cooperation with the Tenth University of Paris in La Defense, Paris, France. This major not only provides exchange programs, but also provides students with the opportunity to learn French law in the first and second academic years. Courses on French law will be taught in French by visiting French lecturers.
School of Philosophy:
The Faculty of Philosophy consists of theology, Judaism, philosophy, history, classic linguistics, Germanic language and literature, English, Americanism, Romance, Slavics, and art and media. The key research topics of these majors cover cultural change, lifestyle, philosophy of life, and regional and identity in Europe.
School of Anthropology:

The School of Economics and Social Sciences is composed of departments of business and national economics, politics, management and sociology. Other teaching and research priorities include innovation and technology.
School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences:
By the Department of Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Geography, Earth and Environmental Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Astronomy, and Potsdam Botanical Garden. Important majors include geographic ecology, geographic science, food science, polymer science, and software systems engineering.
Project Introduction
The "2.5+1.5+2" German undergraduate exchange program and "International Economic Exchange and Cooperation" master's program at the University of Potsdam are mainly for enrolling students who have completed at least 5 semesters of undergraduate German majors in China and basically have a German level of B1 or above. From six semesters, I will go to Potsdam University to take an intensive German course. After obtaining an undergraduate degree from a Chinese university, you can apply directly for the Master's degree in Interkulturelle Wirtschaftskommunikation at the University of Potsdam.
The project consists of two phases. The first phase of the project is a three-semester intensive German learning phase; the second phase is a master-study phase with a total of four semesters. After the students participating in the project arrive at the German university, the German exchange period from the sixth semester of the undergraduate stage will be registered as an exchange student at the University of Potsdam, and the intensive German course will be studied, and the Master of International Economic Exchange and Cooperation Program will be completed. Required basic courses in economics and management. Students who have obtained a bachelor's degree in German within the country can pass the admission examination for the Master's degree program of "International Economic Exchanges and Cooperation" at the University of Potsdam. They will be directly admitted and continue to study for the relevant master's degree. The "International Economic Exchanges and Cooperation" master's degree program lasts for two years. During the course of study, students will be registered at the university as an official master student at the University of Potsdam.
